Speakers

Tori Walker

Tori Walker will be our main speaker for CWCC2010. She is a faithful Bible teacher who will be coming to us from Townsville where she serves along side her husband, David, who is part of the AFES team (Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students) at James Cook University. Tori will be speaking on “1 John: Real Love”.

Michelle Philp

Michelle Philp will also be speaking at CWCC 2010. Michelle currently works pastoring women at Crossroads Christian Church in Canberra. She is also involved in ministry at the University of Canberra and training women for ministry through the Ministry Training Strategy (MTS). At CWCC2010, Michelle will be speaking on “The Confident Woman”.

Greta Gaut

Born in the USA, Greta came to Australia as a child and lived in Wee Waa. She gained a Neuroscience PhD in Brisbane while working as a scientific researcher, then studied Theology in Sydney and worked as a School Chaplain for four years. She now serves the Lord at Parkes where her husband Stephen is a Baptist pastor. Greta is a stay-at-home mum with 2 little girls (6 and 4.5) and a boy (3). Greta enjoys teaching the Bible to women at various events across the state and relaxes by playing brass instruments.

Lynette Nancarrow

Lynette thinks it is a privilege to be the Women’s Ministry Worker at New Life Presbyterian Church in Gungahlin (ACT) and loves spending time opening the Bible and praying with women, helping them to grow in their understanding of their value to God and the depth of His love for them. For fun, Lynette loves good friends, good food and a good TV series.
